Layer2Funnels provides funnel strategy, design, development, and optimization services on a project or retainer basis, as agreed upon individually with each client.
Payments
Pricing for services is provided via custom quote or as listed on our website. Payment terms (one-time project fee or monthly retainer) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-project basis and will be clearly stated in your service agreement or invoice prior to payment.
Project Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, scope changes, or third-party platform requirements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final funnel build delivered. Layer2Funnels retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Layer2Funnels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered funnels, including but not limited to lost revenue or third-party platform changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.
